SO im updating my review; went again a cuople of times first time although i think this venue had taken a hit post covid - no more beds on the beach etc and very few customers , the core area, surounding the pool is still great.. i had a nice time and the fillipino lady who served ( ann i think ? ) us was great looked after us superbly. Second visit went badley wrong .. when i asked for a cloth to use whilst pouring my champs i was told curtley we dont have them .. well i no they do coz i had one just 2 weeks before - it wasnt so much that they couldnt provide a cloth more the attitude - dont give a dam , rude , surgesting i was making it up - the local staff even rang up the philippino staff and berated her for giving me the cloth before - what a disgraceful way to behave with a customer and staff I also felt theyre a bit mean with some of thier food options ; eg i ordered a ceaser salad - meant to have a few bacon bits in - 3 stragcially placed bits on top - when i pointed this out they wern't intetested - What a few more bacon bits eould kill thete margins ???! oh dear when are businesses going to learn, customer feedback is everything -instead of appearing mean give more to get more and your business will thrive ! I would have thought that if footfall is down then at the very least look after the loyal customers you have they are your ambassadors to promote your business . I will try going again before writing the place off and i would still encorage others to give, what still can be a great venue, a chance. I did try and speak to the manager but was gleefully told by the staff he wasnt available - hey ho

Read moreI remember when Alexa Beach Club in Pattaya was a place we looked forward to visiting. But our recent experience has changed that. Let me share our story.
Firstly, they required a 7,000 Baht deposit for a cabana. We paid, expecting a good day as usual. However, the billing process raised concerns. Initially, we were told the bill was 7,600 Baht, but after questioning, it changed to 7,200 Baht. The bill was hand-written, not from their usual POS system. This made us feel suspicious, like maybe the staff thought we were drunk and wouldn’t question it. But we were sober and noticed this oddity. (We’ve always spent much more than 7k in this place. Just how the new team pushed us to pay upfront was really not impressive)
The atmosphere at the club was unlike anything we had experienced before. The place was eerily empty, especially for a Sunday afternoon on a long weekend. This was not the vibrant, bustling spot we remembered. It felt as if the soul of the place had vanished.
Adding to the strange vibe were the staff. There were four bartenders, but their presence seemed unnecessary as they barely had any work. And the security guards – they didn’t make us feel welcome at all. Instead of friendly faces, we were met with unfriendly, almost hostile looks.
My husband and I have supported this place since it was Cafe Del Mar, witnessing its transformation all along their 5 years times. But this visit felt like we were in a completely different place. The lack of customers, the bizarre billing practices, the idle staff, and the unwelcoming security – it all felt so alien to us.
In an effort to not let our hefty deposit go to waste, we tried to make the best of it and turned it into what felt like a farewell party. We managed to have some laughs with other customers, but it was overshadowed by the realization that this would be our last visit here.
It’s with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to Alexa Beach Club. It was once a place of joy and relaxation for us, but this experience has left a lasting impression, and unfortunately, not a good one. It’s a reminder that sometimes, places change, and not always...
Read moreTHE EMPLOYEES DON'T CARE 😔 And I SPENT THERE 3000 BATH
I was there 5th of January 2024
The employees don't care about anything.Worst service I have ever seen in Thailand. This place has anything to do with making people feel good. This place only has to do with the money going from your pockets into the operator's pockets. Looking back, I'm angry that we went there. 1.We ran up the stairs and desperately looked for an employee. We found several employees doing nothing in the building. We asked about free places. The employees then said to us, please go outside by the pool, there should be an employee there. This is not a service. It seemed more like they were hiding inside so they didn't have to work. 2.The pool was dirty. 3.We drink mojitos all day, the first two were sweet, the other two were sour. I complained and they brought me another sour mojito. Either they've run out of sugar or they have no idea how to make mojito, they don't have a standard for drinks. 4.My food came with no napkins and no spoon, So I had to wait again for the slow service to notice me, which cost me about 15 minutes. The food was already getting cold. I was angry 😡 because I saw one employee inside the building and play with phone. I did a picture but I don't want posted that here. 5.The DJ was good, but he finished work at 6pm and left the music alone, 20 minutes after he left the music stopped and there was no more music and no one felt responsible to turn on the music. DJ 😂😂 happy free day 🎊 but I...
