The portions here are huge, and everything tastes amazing. Friday Fish & Chips were perfectly crispy on the outside and full of moist meat on the inside. Seasoned to perfection, and provided with a big lemon wedge, tartar sauce and malt vinegar. Sunday Roast came with a generous portion of meat, absolutely delectable gravy and roasted + mashed potatoes seasoned to a tee. Aptly named, I found The Welcome Inn to be both a friendly and welcoming place. There is a choice of seating either in air conditioned indoor restaurant or outside on terrace. Indoor has plenty of TV screens showing sports. Menu is what I would describe as "British" style pub with all the usual favourites plus daily specials. They are consistent with the food too, it's always good, nothing ever seems to change. Sundays are especially busy as their Sunday dinners/roasts are excellent. I went there for a pool competition. The place is nice and they have good food. They have air conditioned large indoor sitting as well as outdoor sittings. The pool table is weird though: 8 feet size which is nice but the cloth is not well fixed so it is moving under the fingers when playing. The cloth is also extremely slow.
