V8 Fastlane — Restaurant in Chon Buri Province

My last visit was probably 4 years ago due to covid. Still a petrolheads ideal spot to eat and drink sadly though service, quality and pricing means we won’t be back for a while at least. Chicken ceaser salad for 270bht is just ridiculous but my biggest issue was the spaghetti ice cream advertised as 3 scoops of ice cream squeezed through a spaghetti press what I in fact got was 1 scoop dumped on top of a large dollop of cream. I had this last time and it was all ice cream and was amazing this time 170bht and I was left very disappointed. On the service front i had to try 3 times to get the ice cream as the first 2 times they said they didn't have any but when I said what ice cream they had they said vanilla!! Quality wise the pork arrived quite rare but as my wifes sister didnt want to complain we took that home to cook some more there!! I understand prices are rising but i do think these are probably 10-20% over where they should be or portions need to increase. Other than whats been mentioned everything else...

Still the same, boring Food with no taste. Burgers looking good but the paties were frozen, not done grilled and full with Water, this is a no go! Same as many reports already, a nice Location, but don't have Lunch or Dinner. Rating down, from 4 to 3 Stars.

Very nice surroundings and pleasant and attentive staff. Menu has a nice mix of European and Thai dishes and a good selection of wines and beers. We will definitely be back soon as they are many things we want to try on the menu.
