The restaurant uses good quality ingredients, but issues with management and food preparation made the experience disappointing. Many dishes were served late or went missing, requiring frequent follow-ups with the staff. Premium items that should have been the highlight of the meal took far too long to arrive, while simpler dishes were served much faster. Most disappointing was the fact that hot dishes, despite being served quickly, arrived cold. It seemed as though they had been pre-cooked and plated just before serving, rather than prepared fresh to order. At nearly 3,000 baht per person, this fell well below expectations.

The service and ordering system also need improvement. While the staff were attentive and tried their best, frequent mistakes—such as forgetting basic items like spoons or glasses—detracted from the overall experience. The ordering app was another source of frustration, often displaying incorrect statuses and forcing staff to double-check orders repeatedly. Overall, the restaurant should focus on improving its food quality, management, and service to provide an experience that justifies its premium pricing. The seafood station is impressive, with fresh oysters, crab roe, and Japanese-style uni tamago that feels straight out of a fine-dining omakase. Grilled items like garlic scallops and butter prawns are always sizzling hot and full of flavor. Don’t skip the wagyu and the perfectly balanced sushi platters!

มารีวิวช้าไปหน่อย แต่ก็มาเขียนนะ จริง ๆ แล้วตอนแรกเห็นเป็นร้านทางเลือก เพราะร้านดังจองไม่ทันอีกละ ก็เลยได้มาลองร้านนี้ไปก่อน แต่ก็ว้าวกว่าที่คิดพอสมควรเลย

ราคากลางๆ เมื่อเทียบกับปริมาณและคุณภาพ ถือว่าโอเคในเลยล่ะ

โทรจองร้านไปก่อน ได้โต๊ะนั่งติดกระจก มองถนนด้านหน้าสบาย ๆ ตอนบ่าย 2 วันเสาร์ แต่ดันเป็นช่วงอากาศร้อนโคตร ๆ แสงแดดข้างนอกพร้อมเผากุ้งมาก 555+ แล้วแอร์ก็ไม่ค่อยลงตรงริมกระจกด้านหน้า เลยทำให้ไม่ค่อยสบายตัวไปหน่อยตอนคนเยอะ แต่พอคนเริ่มออกจากร้าน แอร์ก็กลับมาเย็นขึ้นแหละ เลยพอโอเค

พนักงานบริการดีใช้ได้เลย คอยเก็บจาน เดินเสิร์ฟไว มีอาหารออกช้าบ้างบางอย่าง หรือบางอันก็มาผิดโต๊ะ 555+ แต่ถ้าไม่ใช่ของเราก็คืนตอนแรกได้เลยนะ เข้าใจได้เพราะคนค่อนข้างเยอะ พนักงานอาจจะงง ๆ กันบ้าง ไปกันสองคนสั่งได้ไม่ค่อยเยอะเท่าไร แต่โดยรวมรสชาติอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี

ก๋วยเตี๋ยวหลอดกุ้งกรอบ อันนี้เป็นอันที่ว้าวมาก มันคือดี จริง ๆ แล้วก็อารมณ์กุ้งทอดแล้วเอาแป้งก๋วยเตี๋ยวหลอดมาห่อแหละ แต่มันดันถูกปาก 555+ หอยนางรมสด สดใช้ได้เลย แต่ตัวเล็กไปนิดนึง ชอบตัวใหญ่ ๆ กว่านี้หน่อย แต่ก็ไม่ซีเรียส ซาชิมิกับซูชิรวม ๆ แล้วเนื้อสดดีเลยล่ะ ซูชิให้ข้าวคำกับลังดี รสชาติช้าวดี กุ้งหวานกับโฮตาเตะตัวใหญ่สะใจดี หวานนุ่มมาก เอนกาวะนุ่มละลายในปากมาก ฮามาจิเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน แซลมอนมาตรฐาน วากิวใบโฮบะ อันนี้ดีเลย เนื้อมาแผ่นกำลังดี ความหนากำลังดี หอมหวานใช้ได้ อันนี้ผ่าน ซูชิอกเป็ด ถ้าคนชอบกินเป็ดน่าจะชอบ กลิ่นส่วนตัวของเป็ดดีเลย พร้อมมีรมควันจางๆ อันนี้ผ่าน เทมปุระกุ้ง ใช้ได้เลยล่ะ แป้งบางกรอบมาก กุ้งสด เด้งมากเลย อันนี้ผ่าน ทาโกะจัง โอเค ตามมาตรฐาน ตัวใหญ่กว่าทั่วไปหน่อยนึง หอยจ๊อปู ลูกใหญ่ ปูแน่นดี ให้ผ่าน ซุปทรัฟเฟิล ส่วนตัวว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน แต่ชอบของที่อื่นมากกว่าหน่อยนึง คือสัมผัสดีนะ แต่กลิ่นยังไม่ค่อยอินเท่าไร เป็ดปักกิ่ง สั่งมา 2 ชิ้นเล็ก อันนี้กินได้ ไม่แย่ แต่ไม่ว้าว ส่วนตัวไม่ค่อยถูกปากเท่าไร หอยเชลล์ชีส หอยอร่อย ชีสโอเค อันนี้มาตรฐาน ขนมจีบปู ก็เกณฑ์มาตรฐาน ไม่แย่ ฮะเก๋าฟรัวกราส์ อันนี้ไส้ใช้ได้ แต่ส่วนตัวว่าแป้งหนาไปนิดนึง เลยทำให้ตอนเคี้ยวไม่ค่อยสนุกปากสักเท่าไร ทำให้สัมผัสไม่ค่อยดี คาลามารี อันนี้ส่วนตัวไม่ชอบเท่าไร นี่ว่าแป้งหนาไป อารมณ์เหมือนกันหมึกชุบแป้งทอดบ้าน ๆ 5555+ แต่ตัวหมึกสดดี กุ้งแช่น้ำปลา ไม่ได้ทานเอง แต่แฟนบอกว่าอร่อยดี กระเพาะปลาน้ำแดง ไม่ได้ทานเองเช่นกัน แต่แฟนบอกว่าอร่อยดีเหมือนเดิม กุ้งเผา อันนี้ไม่ประทับใจอ้ะ มารอบแรกเผาไม่สุก แบบไม่สุกจริง ๆ ไม่ใช่แบบสุกกำลังดีอ้ะ ส่วนรอบสองสุกเกินไปแบบสุ๊กสุก ไม่พอดีสักรอบ 5555+ แต่คุยกับทางผู้ดูแลแล้ว เค้าพร้อมปรับปรุง เดี๋ยวคงไปลองใหม่รอบหน้า
