Title: Avoid this place!

We visited BBQ FUSION during our recent trip to Bangkok from India, expecting authentic INDIAN AND CHINESE CUISINE . Unfortunately, our experience was a disaster.

Food:

· Tasteless and uncooked dishes · Starters took 55 minutes to arrive · Main course was inedible due to undercooking

Service:

· Severe staff shortage · Inattentive and slow service · Orders were delayed, and requests were ignored

Ambience:

· Average decor, but cleanliness was maintained

As travelers, we were excited to try local flavors, but BBQ FUSION failed to deliver. For a city known for its culinary excellence, this restaurant fell short.

Recommendation:

Avoid this restaurant unless you're willing to compromise on taste, quality, and service. Bangkok offers countless better options.

From its name, you would never guess that BBQ FUSION is an Indian restaurant, though it does incorporate a mix of Chinese influences. The restaurant focuses on serving delicious finger foods and light grilling right at your table. However, since there is no exhaust system like in a Korean BBQ restaurant, the smoke tends to fill the entire room, leaving those at non-grilling tables smelling of smoke as well. Another highlight is the large wooden dance floor, a nod to the fact that Indian people love celebratory gatherings. We came for a meal of Indian-fusion dishes, many of which were what the restaurant considers "Indian-Chinese." As Chinese people ourselves, we said, "This isn't Chinese food!" while our Indian companions insisted, "Yes, it is!"😆 The restaurant is excellent at accommodating both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests without requiring any complicated requests.
