Fah Sai — Restaurant in Chong Nonsi Subdistrict

The interior was very clean and nicely decorated. The menu was easy to understand (in English with pictures) and had a good selection of vegetarian dishes to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the cold vegetarian spring rolls. Afterwards, I was left with a party in my mouth. I also had the vegetarian ‘Pad Thai’ noodles which wasn’t as exciting taste wise. Good food, quick service, and cheap. There is outside seating and you can smoke outside. Free WiFi. The waitresses are nice. If you go here and want dessert, order it after the main course - the only problem I had was that my ice cream sundae kept appearing during the main course, and my iced coffee didn't appear until well after. OK it's Thailand, there's no reason why anyone should speak English, but it just saves trying to explain if you order as you want it. A nice place to sit outside on busy Soi 24...

ผมไปทานร้านอาหารนี้มาหลายปีแล้ว เมื่อวานนี้ ผมสั่งเบียร์ขวดไฮเนเก้น แต่รสชาติมันผิดปกติ ผมดื่มขวดแรกไปนิดหน่อยก็รู้สึกว่ามีความผิดปกติ จึงสั่งอีกขวดเพื่อตรวจสอบ แต่ก็ยังเป็นเบียร์เสียเหมือนกัน ถึงอย่างนั้น ผมก็ไม่ได้โวยวายอะไร และได้จ่ายเงินเต็มจำนวนเพื่อแสดงความจริงใจในฐานะลูกค้า

วันนี้ผมไปที่ร้านอีกครั้ง แต่ก็ยังได้เบียร์ล็อตเดิม ซึ่งรสชาติก็ยังผิดปกติอยู่ ผมบอกกับทางร้านว่า “ควรติดต่อกับร้านค้าส่ง” แต่ทางร้านกลับปฏิเสธทันที

นั่นหมายความว่า ร้านนี้เหยียบย่ำความหวังดีของลูกค้าที่ถึงแม้จะได้รับของเสียก็ยังยอมจ่ายเงินเต็มจำนวน และยังคงนำสินค้าที่คุณภาพไม่ดีออกมาขายต่อ โดยไม่ส่งคืนให้กับผู้จัดจำหน่าย และถ้าหากสิ่งนี้เกิดขึ้นไม่ใช่แค่กับเบียร์ แต่รวมถึงอาหารหรือเครื่องดื่มอื่น ๆ ด้วยแล้ว...
