This is a break through revolution on Phukhet if you are searching for a real mind blowing vegan experience! The chef is a true artist and takes so much pride in his magnificent plant based creations! We were amazed by the palette of flavours and the richness of every single dish! So innovative, creative and the most important health alternative when it comes to vegan food! This place is a true gem of Phukhet and it will keep you guessing on how plants and nuts can taste so good and delicious. I only wished that I would have discovered this place earlier… most of the places try to recreated SAD diet…. (Standard American Diet)… no wonder that people don’t want to go vegan but this place will leave an incredible mouth impression in your life. I applaud the chef and hit team… best gratitudes to his work… it is above Michelins level in this type of cuisine on the island… bravo! You can see that a lot of work went into planning each dish and flavours…. One moment on your lip will not end up on your hip. This food doesn’t scream… a true piece of art that leaves peace on your plate… a guilt free pleasure that makes this island a try vegan pleasure. Don’t waste time of going anywhere else…. This is a new vegan phenomenon and kindness starts on your plate choice!

We found Santosa when we were looking for the best vegan restaurants in Phuket and we’re very happy to have visited the resto after our full day island tour. Everything about the restaurant is just amazing - the food, the views, the vibe, the Chef and staff! We arrived at the restaurant before 8:30PM and they still accommodated us even if they are closing at 9PM. Thong was very polite and welcoming and he recommended dishes for us to try. The Chef also checked with us on how our experience was and had a nice chat with us about the food at Sentosa and also shared with us some healthy ingredients that help the body in different ways. Our favorite dish was the mushroom risotto! We definitely recommend Santosa for people who are looking for amazing vegan dishes in Phuket. PS. They have a buffet every 6PM on Saturdays!

This semi raw vegan restaurant has a good view with a chill breeze for rooftop dining. We tried the secret, some sort of raw dish which had what was probably a nut paste cheese, which in contrast with the well sauced raw zucchini and vegetables was almost magical. Highly recommend The burger "maha" seemed cooked, it has caramelised onions, pea protein and I dunno what else, but they did a fantastic job on the patty, a must try for vegan burger lovers. Would recommend The celebration (raw spaghetti) was okay, the other two were significantly better. The nirvana wasn't white as pictured, perhaps they are putting avocado in it now? We weren't able to get the "embrace" (raw lasagna)

First off, I have to say the view is nice and the atmosphere is pleasant. That was untill the kitchen vent was turned on and the music was drowned out by the the moan of worn bearings. There was also shouting and music from what sounded like an intense boxing class being held in the bar area next to the restaurant. Later this all got mixed with the sound of an immersion blender in the open kitchen. It was a poor environment to try to enjoy a meal.

Second, if you are going to charge prices so high above the market standard, train your staff better. They should be knowledgeable about every item on the menu and if you ask what the pizza crust is made of, they shouldn't have to run back to the kitchen to ask. I've worked in restaurants; if you don't learn the menu, you don't stick around. Additionally, there was only one other table when I was there and I had a hard time getting the waitresses attention.

The digital menus are also annoying. I'm not sure the point here. They are cumbersome to use, hard to share, and have a much higher environmental impact than paper menus. Perhaps if there was a QR code where one could open the menu on their phone and the interface was better.

I ordered the buckwheat crust pizza, which took a long time to come, was heavy, greasy, and bland. The waitress didn't ask me what toppings I wanted. It came with some vegan cheeses, onion, and a lot of bell pepper. I picked off the bell pepper because they are gross. Would have been nice to have some veggies.

I also got the Beets and Treats juice, which was fine. And for dessert, the Nirvana lime and avocado tart. I was a bit full after the pizza, but I'm a sucker for avocado-based desserts. It took 10 minutes for them to plate it. My guess is because it was frozen rather than chilled and they couldn't cut it. It was also bland with sour being the overarching theme.

I would have liked to try more of the dishes, and recommend going with friends to allow sampling. Allow plenty of time to account for the slow service, and maybe bring earbuds. In general I get a sense this place is intended for gastro-normatives to pretend they are being healthy. The complex seems to tout wellness, but after eating in their restaurant, I don't trust they know what they are...

Disappointing. We had never been as it's not really close to where we live, but we were in the area so decided to give it a try, as we realized they had gluten-free options. I ordered a strawberry cooler. Supposed to be made of strawberries, cucumber, apple and carrot. I took a good sip, and regretted it immediately. It tasted of celery. The food I dislike the most. I would recognize its overpowering taste in anything. The waitress assured me they hadn't used celery, and I believe it's possible. But something in that juice had touched celery, or was cut with a knife that had cut celery, or on a board where celery was also cut, or mixed in a mixer that hadn't been washed properly. My husband tasted it, and although less sensitive than me, he could taste the celery too. I had to wait for my food to arrive to get rid of that horrible taste and it was very unpleasant. Food tasted good. I ordered a carbonara made of zucchini and supposed to come with oyster mushrooms. There were exactly 4 tiny bits of mushrooms in the dish. Which was pretty disappointing as I love mushrooms and ordered the dish because it had mushrooms. I buy these mushrooms at least 3 times a week at the market. They're cheap. Surely there could be a bit more in a 250 baht dish. Husband, not restricted to gf options, was happy with his drink and food though, so I guess it depends on what you order. I may change my review if I go again, but as there is another vegan restaurant not too far that has never disappointed me, I'm more likely to go there if I'm on that side of the island. On the plus side, the setting is really nice with a lovely view, waitress was very friendly, and they didn't charge me for the juice that I didn't drink. Prices seem mostly reasonable compared to other vegan...
