Nakarin Cafe&Restaurant - ร้านอาหารนครินทร์ — Restaurant in Kathu

I loved this place. I ate there 10 times in a month and a half. I recommended it to a lot of Thai friends and tourists. I will tell them not to go there again. Yesterday I was already surprised. Usually the staff and the girls are always kind and helpful.

Yesterday I was surprised that during my order a gentleman stopped to take care of me because a tourist friend had just arrived. I told myself that it was not serious. Today it was too much. This same gentleman takes the order. I ask for a simple Thai dish with egg not spicy like I always have and a coke. The coke had been left on the counter after 5 minutes and the gentleman had forgotten me to go on his computer. Another person comes to ask me again for the same order that I had just made. And when the dish arrived it was spicy. Instead of just apologizing and giving me the chicken without spicy, they wanted to force me to eat the dish. "its just little bit spicy you can eat" ( The food was red and i am allergic if i eat too much.

Why? Because the gentleman doesn't like me and doesn't know what service is? It's a shame and sad. I paid, I didn't eat, and I left. Apologizing would have been the least to do, and I wkll come back because the setting is pleasant.

The driver was trying to scam me, there are constant delays without any apologies, I called 3 times to understand why the driver was trying to scam me out of money when I paid by credit card and the owner/staff hung the phone up on me every time. Disgusting treatment of customers that literally order from you every day. This is a massive issue that will be getting taken to legal action as I have proof of the driver asking me to send money to his account as well as proof that I tried to ask the restaurant about these issues and they simply hung up on me every time. Now my order is delayed by double the time, so 3 times it’s been delayed, though I only ordered a watermelon shake. Absolutely disgusting service. You should be ashamed. If you order from here make sure you are not...

Been here for dinner during my stay in Kathu.

The ambiance is pretty nice and we'll illuminated with yellow lights all to give a touch of the festive season. They have outdoor seating as well for smokers. Indoor seating gives a cosy ambiance with adequate seating. They have got book section containing good number of books.

We ordered the following items

Fresh Coconut Thai iced tea Egg omelette with rice and Shrimp Filled deep fried fish with rice and fish sauce Fettuccine Pasta Fried with deep fried chicken Watermelon lemon soda

Food we tried all was amazing. Taste was delectable. The hospitality shown by the staff wss truly amazing.
