Beautiful Place, Lovely Staff, But One of the Worst Massages I’ve had

I really wanted to love this spa — and in many ways, it does make a great first impression. The space is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is incredibly kind and friendly. The welcome drink area and the tea service after the massage were both beautifully done and created a nice, relaxing atmosphere.

But unfortunately, the main reason I came — the massage — was an extreme letdown.

I came with my sister, who said her massage was good, which is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 or 2. In my case, though, it was honestly one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. The therapist barely applied any pressure — it felt more like someone lightly brushing my skin than doing an actual massage. I kept waiting for her to start, thinking maybe it was just the warm-up, but no — that was it.

To make matters worse, I also booked a body scrub, and the room was freezing due to the air conditioning. I told the staff multiple times that I was cold and uncomfortable, and instead of turning off the AC or really adjusting it, they just lowered the temperature by one degree each time — which did absolutely nothing to help. I felt ignored and frustrated.

At the end of the day, I don’t come to a spa for the coffee and tea — I come for a quality treatment. And sadly, this spa didn’t deliver where it actually matters. I won’t...

I was impressed by the process - its so amazing to see the highest class specialists in action. I liked the moment before the session, where the salon offers you to fill out a questionnaire, where you can indicate your sensitive zones, the desired force of impact, indicate the presence of diseases and generally indicate some special moments.

☕️In the beginning, you will be served by tea in crystal tableware on a gold tray, and at the end of the session you will be treated with a delicious dessert and presented with a stylish fan.

👉Now there is a promotion and the prices for different types of massage are very favorable - for example, in the simplest salons a-la plasterboard box with couches, an hour of Thai massage costs from 250 baht; and here now the prices for massage start from 💥240 baht per hour💥, and besides, you will be surrounded by incredible beauty and care at every step! 👉Promotion will be valid for around another three months👈

And very good prices for massage sets! I choose a set consisting of an hour of hot stone massage, half an hour foot massage and half an hour face massage. It was amazing - it was probably my best Spa-experience🥰

I came there with my husband - and we had a massage in a private house, although we chose different programs, which is very convenient. After the session, we definitely decided that we wanted more, and we definitely should visit this magical place at least once a month (or better more often))

Впечатлил и подход к работе - в салоне работают специалисты самого высокого класса. Мне понравилось, что перед сеансом салон предлагает заполнить анкету, где можно указать свои чувствительные зоны, желаемую силу воздействия, указать на наличие заболеваний и вообще указать на как какие-то особенные моменты.

Перед началом сеанса вам подадут чай в хрустале на золотом подносе, а в конце сеанса вас угостят восхитительным десертом и подарят стильный веер.

Сейчас действует промоушен и цены на разные вида массажа очень выгодные - к примеру, в самых простых салонах а-ля гипсокартонная коробка с кушетками час тайского массажа стоит от 250 бат; а здесь сейчас цены на массаж стартуют с 240 бат за час, да к тому-же вас окружат невероятной красотой и заботой на каждом вашем шагу! 👉Промоушен будет действовать ещё три месяца👈

И очень хорошие цены на сеты! Для себя я заказала сет, состоящий из часа массажа горячими камнями, пол-часа массаж ног и пол-часа массаж лица. Это было восхитительно - это был, пожалуй, мой лучший Спа-опыт🥰

На сеансе я была с мужем - нам делали массаж в приватном домике, хоть мы и выбрали разные программы, что очень удобно. После сеанса мы однозначно решили, что хотим ещё, и решили посещать это волшебное место хотя-бы раз в месяц (а лучше чаще))🥰

В общем, неистово рекомендую, если окажетесь на Пхукете. Запомните этот адрес и спешите на промоушен - цена отличная, а высоко-профессиональный сервис и само место несомненно...

I was looking for a massage salon close to where I was and didn’t find anything that looks professional. Tried again a few days later and suddenly saw this on Maps. Looked so pretty from other reviews. Called and booked an appointment within 2 hours. And it was an amazing experience!

As soon as I arrived, someone from the spa came out to greet me. Lead me to the main room where I had to do a health intake form. Now this is serious. As a therapist myself I haven’t seen much of this reception in many spa here in Asia. This is very professional standard.

Then my therapist took a look at my form and the circles I made on the form for which area of my body I wanted her to focus on. She then led me to the room where we will be at. We walked through the prettiest of garden!

Massage started with her her cleansing my feet in citrus and petal filled water. Then I was given a spa panty to wear for my massage. Lied down on the table and in the dim light, this tiny thai lady went to work on my aches and pain.

2 hours went by wonderfully. She managed to sort through my collection of joint pains and muscle aches. All for the covid price of 600B!
