Les spaghetti Alle Vongole sont prĂ©parĂ©es avec des palourdes fraichement pĂȘchĂ©es par les pĂȘcheurs de lâile. Un peu dâail, de lâhuile dâolive et hop le tour et jouĂ©, divin ! Un plat qui symbolise Ă lui tout seul la rencontre entre la terre (blĂ©), lâocĂ©an (fruits de mer) et le soleil (huile dâolive).
Le Tiramisu est lĂ©ger et prĂ©parĂ© non pas avec du Mascarpone mais de la ricotta ce qui le rend au final plus digeste et moins calorique. Aucune excuse donc pour passer Ă cĂŽtĂ©. Ce restaurant est lâendroit rĂȘvĂ© pour passer un moment convivial.
