Goodday Kathu — Hotel in Kathu

This was the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed. The room was obviously closed since last year and they didn’t even bother to sweep and mop the floors or hallways. It smelled like urine in the bathroom and they forgot to even provide towels. They charged a super high price because it was New Years and they totally took advantage of this with no respect for the people using their service. Shame in these people. Trip should remove them from eligible locations because it makes me lose trust in trip to provide clean and safe locations to stay. Very...

Budget hotel so you get what you pay for. Rooms have many minor faults like broken lights or leaking sinks but nothing major. Can get room cleaned if you ask.
