For Sashimi lovers this is great! I had the 799++ Buffet. That came to 878.90 Baht after the service charge and tax.

All you can eat Salmon and Tuna Sashimi! Yes!

There are other menu items which you can see in my photos. The Pork Tonkatsu is very good because it just tastes of quality meat. It's a real piece of pork as opposed to something created from minced pork and mystery ingredients to make something in bread crumbs.

I would say that the Prawn Tempura has changed. I don't like this batter. I preferred the old fluffy style of batter that used to be the way this was made. Other restaurants make the fluffy batter I like, so until it reverts back to the original recipe I will avoid this menu item in future.

The ice cream is of exceptional quality and I highly recommend it! So very very creamy.

Ordering is done by QR Code so make sure you have plenty of battery left on your smart phone and data. It's quite straight forward.

Getting a business tax receipt is a bit more hard work because you, the customer, have to manually add the details into a website, accessed by scanning a QR Code. I prefered the former method in 2024.

In my personal experience, the service at Zen restaurant was not as exceptional as I have come to expect. While it was not entirely terrible, it did fall short in comparison to other Zen restaurants I have visited. Perhaps I was unfortunate in encountering a few staff members who were not at their best.

Regarding the quality of the food, I have noticed a decline since Zen introduced the buffet option. It seems that the focus on quantity has compromised the overall quality of the dishes.

On a positive note, the prices at Zen are quite reasonable, especially when taking advantage of promotions offered in collaboration with credit card providers. In comparison to other Japanese restaurants in the mall, Zen's prices remain competitive.
