Our pizza was wonderful 👏, Vacca treats people right ✅/ back again update ; they are open until 9 :30pm ..came by on my way to the airport and had Tiramisu and ice cream ! Love the staff and great atmosphere 👌//// Update ; Aug 2024 & thoroughly enjoyed our four cheese pizza / mozzarella, fontina, bleu & parmesan. The base was well suited for the cheeses w/ crispy edges and a light dry finish. Always enjoy Vacca, the are Michelin award recipients and they earn their prestigious awards 🏆!!! Update ; Songkran 2025 ; Fabuloso ! Australian 200 gr. ribeye so tasty & cooked med rare to perfection. Love Vaccas crinkle cut fries, garlic toast - fresh, tasty, crispy, abundant portions. I had a fine caesar w/ out the chicken and it was very good. Yes , dessert , I thought you would never ask 😉, biscoff & dbl. choc. gelatos...rich, creamy, flavor packed - two scoops 1/1 finish a Grand meal. The light jazz allows a slower more enjoyable pace to dine, converse, and take in the amazing decor, art, wine collection/ offerings & more. Roma tomato colored ceilings w/ subdued spot lighting quite romantic in nature. One of Khon Kaens very best , please experience for yourselves, no risk , only a rewarding day or evening ! As always on a final note the staff is gracious , efficient, clean , expeditious and here year after year...

I have been to Vacca's restaurant about 5 times in the last few months and have had a steak on each visit (always takeaway). It is by far the best steak I have tasted in Khonkaen, and when I think about it the best I have had in Thailand. That last bit was said with the caveat that I have only had steak about 7-8 times in the 11 years I have been in Thailand and that is because of the disappointing steaks I have tried

I have also tried the pizza and a few of the pasta dishes, simple but delicious.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, however a glass of water would be appreciated while I wait for my takeaway.

Service and atmosphere great. Everything else below par for a restaurant charging top dollar. Pasta cooked incorrectly and needed another 5 minutes. Texture like shredded cardboard. Didnt matter so much as the 400 baht portion was so small. Tasteless sauce. Pizzas were dry with very little cheese or flavour. 55 baht for a (small) 15 baht can of coke? In fairness ingredients were good but poorly prepared. Our experience miles away from the other reviews here. Can think of 10 better options in khon kaen and most at a third to half the price.
