Jeab's Dining — Restaurant in Ko Lanta Yai

I decided to come to Jeab's Dining based on the great reviews. We ordered beef satay, spring rolls, tom yom and pad see ew. The food was really bad and flavorless. The live music was great, though - huge respect to the gentleman that played the guitar and sang. Conclusion: a decent place to have a beer and listen to the music. Other than that, please avoid. Update: I understand that taste is subjective. We had a group of 3. We shared every dish with each other. I'm sorry, but it wasn't only Tom Yom that was mediocre(by the way, spice level and coriander are not the only things that define its quality). It was each and every dish. Hurts me to give this place 3 stars but the service definitely was not anywhere near the level received at neighbouring sites. This could be a one off. I know we waited a long time for our food, but the couple next us were waiting even longer. We went in with the intention to have a dessert as well, but after the main we decided to leave.

There was live music, which was nice but, without any fault of their own the fire show next door stole everyone’s attention.

One of the best meals of our trip but also the absolute slowest service of our trip! The food really is so so good, had the massaman, red curry and chicken martabak. Amazing flavours and lovely location beachfront watching next doors fire show. But have to knock off a few points for how badly timed things were. My partner and fully finished his main and it took another 30-40 minutes after this before mine came.
