We ate here recently. Good satay skewers and decent pizza, though tons of oregano dumped on it. Four stars were it not for the incident. We ordered tuna sashimi, tasted rancid, (like it was not even remotely temperature controlled). We politely sent it back because it was extremely fishy and the texture was like leather. We even told the waitress we'll pay for it but we can't eat it. After we finished, the head chef came out and asked us what the issue was. He then, with a condescending tone, explained that he personally bought the fish in the Krabi fish market, and that it was frozen, which kills all the bacteria (I'm no sushi chef but I believe heat kills bacteria more effectively, freezing might even preserve bacteria). He also explained that the tuna was line caught in Indonesia. This guy was big, bearded, and looked perturbed. I wasn't about to have any confrontation about the quality of his food. After he lectured us, I offered a second time to pay for it (and get him to leave us alone!), but he said begrudgingly that he wouldn't make us pay for it. My wife deflected his combative tone with us having fish in Thailand for the first time (we eat raw fish 7-9 times per month) and we walked to the front to pay the bill and left. Front of house guy very nice and friendly. Waitress spoke close to zero English. Would never...

Okay, I just had the best burger I've ever had in my life. I think this might say a lot since I'm from United states, and I think we might be one of the world leaders in burgers—maybe I'm being a ridiculous American.

Anyway, the Savage burger is aptly named. It's a big burger. The beef is primo quality, and mine was cooked to perfection—three juicy, flavorful patties. All the other ingredients were perfect as well, from the bun to tomato to the pork to the bacon. I was hard-pressed to finish it, but I am a determined individual and I did it.

The fries were your standard thin fries, well prepared. You'll fund your standard ketchup on the table.

The coleslaw is delicious, period.

The Snickers shake was very good. It seemed a smidge granular, as I've experienced other ice cream drinks in Thailand, but then again, I'm from Wisconsin, the dairyland of the US, and I will argue that we have the best ice cream and frozen custard in the world, so there.

Seriously, if you are reading this review and you like burgers, you really want to go to this place...

They get 1 more star cuz food what they still had in menu was fine. I wouldnt eat that burger again because it wasnt good compared to price. My company ate "steak" sandwich after 2 "we dont have today" answer. It was not quality red raw meat with over sized mayo splash. Taste was though but not there. Customer service was worst what i ever had in thailand ever and visited here multiple times. Not a single point from that. I never expected and was shocked to have that careless hospitality in a land of smile at potentially restaurant on busy street. Chubby woman didnt ask any single question from our table and she was only one from the staff who walked around tables. There was 3 tables reserved so not busy and when we waved to order something more she pointed one of the 3 waitress to have order from us, but it always took 5-15 minutes to make a call to come us. I quess i need to tell ive worked in a good quality restaurants so i think i know how to act as a good customer and i should know how restaurant staff suppose...

A charming little spot tucked along the Lat Bo Nae River. Sit by the water, watch island life drift by, and enjoy the easy vibe. The menu hits both Thai and Western cravings — I went for the Moo Yang Nam Tok and Yam Nua Yang, both perfectly cooked with spot-on balance and flavour. The cocktails here are just as impressive — well-crafted, not overdone. My recommendation? The Thai Spiced Mai Tai— a tropical Thai twist on Trader Vic’s classic that hits all the right notes. But a word of caution: if you dare to take on the full rack of BBQ ribs solo, you might just find yourself being wheeled out by the owner, grinning proudly but unable to move. It’s less of a meal and more of a full-contact sport — delicious, tangy, and dangerously addictive. Come hungry. Leave happy. Possibly horizontal.

Absolutely fantastic. I got the lunch burger, with antipasto as a starter and tasted the sticky toffee pudding as a dessert. This is hands down the best western food I’ve had in Thailand, for around £6 you’ll struggle to get your mouth around it and comes with the most amazing garlic mayo. On the side I had a banoffee ice cream shake and after tasting it my friend had to order one as well. The antipasto cheeses and meats were fantastic and the sticky toffee dessert was big and the sauce was perfect. Please come here for your sake!

Order the calamari, ribs and burger. The food was ok, my favorite was probably the calamari, then the burger, and lastly the ribs which were a little dry. My complaint is that the food took about an hour to arrive. Burger should only take at most 10 mins to cook, at the same time throw the calamari in to the fryer, and heat up the ribs which should be already precooked...done and done in 15 mins or so 😂. I think the two tables after me left without getting their food.
