Cafe Kantary, Koh Yao Noi — Restaurant in Ko Yao Noi

Today myself and my partner had our first lunch as an engaged couple and || could not have asked for a better place!

The setting, view and aesthetic was perfect, we sat outside overlooking a mass amount of stunning islands shaded and comfortable as we waited for our food and drinks to arrive.

The staff were very friendly and happy to help make our experience all the more enjoyable.

l ordered the iced caramel macchiato and the BBQ pulled chicken sandwich, my fiancée for the chicken Caesar salad and a tropical island smoothie.

As bananas aren't in season anywhere on the island is was soo nice to actually get them in the smoothie and this has to be the best iced coffee IV had in a long time!

The food was ready much faster than we thought and tasted amazing!

The only thing that was a bit strange for us was the fish on the salad but it didn't effect the taste of the rest of the meal so they definitely took this into consideration when designing this dish.

We will definitely return here soon as we still have over a week on the island and I'm dying to try the Oreo cheesecake and grab some macarons for my fiancée.

One of my favorite places on this island, this cafe is incredibly cozy and welcoming to everyone. People mainly come here for the ice cream and dessert but the food is quite good. I finally went back after a year to try their Khao Soi Gai and it didn’t disappoint. The chicken was tender, the gravy tasty spicy. The crispy noodles were good. I followed that with a Strawberry Jelly Parfait. I opted for vanilla ice cream.
