Spicoli's Pizza and Grill — Restaurant in Krabi Province

First interaction, they were friendly. We asked about the ingredients of the burger, because my wife is a picky eater, and the guy who is from the states was calm, explained everything in a nice manner. We ordered a cheesy bacon burger with fries, and a pepperoni pizza large size. We asked drinks as well, and the guy asked if we want the drinks now, or with the food, so we could have chill drinks...that's what I call customer experience. It took around 15 minutes or less to get the fresly baked hot pizza and the burger. The pizza was huge, with thin crispy crust, and it was delicious. The burger was not a big portion at first sight, but eventually it was fullfilling. Normal size bun, juicy and big meat. My wife was amazed by this burger, so we definiately will come back. Cash...

We had high hopes, because of all the 5 star reviews but we discovered you get a free scoop of Ice cream if you leave a google review. The Pepperoni pizza was just ok nothing special. The garlic knots with marinara sauce was terrible, chips were good tho. The lady who served us was friendly, the place is situated towards the front of a lively hostel, so it’s very loud, which might be off putting to some people. Good food.. No, I'm kidding - we didn't get the food. We arrived at the restaurant at 5:30pm and there were three workers inside (sitting and talking to each other) who saw us. We sat on the terrace and waited for the waiter and the menu. We waited and waited. We were alone on the terrace, so they definitely had time to serve us. After 15 minutes we got up so the worker could see us. Great - he saw us - he looked at us.. He turned and left. And...
