What happened here? Last time we ate here about 6 months ago, it was really good, but today was very disappointing. Broth was extremely oily. Beef was all clumped together. They gave us two tiny slices of lime. Also, if you want to eat spring rolls and banh mi in the real Vietnam style, you have to bring your own soy sauce, because they don't have any. But actually the spring rolls (or "egg rolls" as they call them here) were awful. No glass noodles or veggies. Only pork and lots of oil. The only thing we liked today was the banh mi. It is also super annoying that the waitresses are STILL wearing face masks, like it's 2020. I think the staff don't really care about service, because they are guaranteed a 10% service charge anyway, so they are not trying to earn tips. The owner(s) should go to Vietnam and get the real Pho experience. They will see lots of veggies, lots of linms, lots of chilies, sometimes also chili paste, always soy sauce, sometimes vinegar, and all for a cheaper price and no service charge.

My wife and I had lunch at the Bang Na branch of Pho Aroi the day before and decided to try the other food in the menu in their The Walk branch for dinner the next day. As usual, the food did not disappoint. Aside from the fried egg rolls (very tasty and firm) and the traditional banh mi (super crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside), we tried 2 new items in the menu. Broken rice with grilled pork and the vermicelli with grilled pork skewers with a lot of veggies on the side. Both tasted heavenly. We had difficulty moving after the meal. They are sooo filling. Still not convinced? Go to Bang Na or The Walk stores so you can try it yourself. You will not regret it. It might just be the best food trip you will ever do. Don't forget to bring your family, a friend, or a partner along.

Nice pho and spring rolls. This place is one of the better Vietnamese restaurants. I liked their pho bo. They have a good selection of beef parts for the pho. On top they also serve a lot of other Vietnamese classics like Banh Mi, Bun Bo and spring rolls. Only thing is, it’s quite far from everywhere and the atmosphere is very much malleable atmosphere. Service is very nice though.

Bad service. The waitress demand the customer to wait for their food. She just use the simple word " You have to wait". After we ordered and waiting for 40 minues and I ask for my husband's after I finish my dish around 10 minus. And the tone of voice is not sound hospitality at all. She concern only clean the table not service the customer. The food is good just only the service. Recommend to not try in...
