Stopped by this eatery after visiting the historical park. Located on the front of the eatery was the som tum salad "station." Behind it, there was a collection of wooden tables with varying capacities (some could fit 3, others could fit 10). Right off the bat, the place felt special.
Sat down to order. The menu was entirely in Thai. We had to Google Translate our way to the end of the menu. Luckily, the missus can write a little bit of Thai so we could get our orders out. Tip: eat here with a Thai friend if possible. Would save you a lot of time. If not, GT is your best friend. The staff was busy so they couldn't help out.
It took a while for the food to be served. But once they arrived, they were worth the wait. We ordered the som tum with crispy fish, fried chicken wings (the 7 piece), and some sticky rice (they didn't have steamed white rice). We finished everything...
