Laemcharoen Seafood Seacon Square — Restaurant in Nong Bon Subdistrict

Extremely disappointed since the new company takeover (by MK). How can you run restaurant with No Rice!! After the food arrived, we were asked to Wait 20minutes for the rice to get cooked!!! All the dishes on the table were getting cold!! After 30min, they came out with the rice that is undercook and even asked if we are willing to eat it. Huh?!!? WT%@H#%¥€ I couldn’t believe my ears. Seriously, why don’t you just go buy rice from MK, instead of making customer wait with cold food!!! And after 10more min of nothingness, we insisted again that they go ask Mk, so they finally come to their senses & walk to MK to get the rice. Holy cow!! They need to attend Restaurant management101 class & learn how to operate a rice cooker. For a ruined meal, they don’t even deserve that mandatory 10% service charge. If I can rate this a negative rating, I would. Food was served but we had to wait for rice for half an hour until the servers ran out to buy rice from other restaurants.
