Ohkajhu Seacon Square Srinakarindra — Restaurant in Nong Bon Subdistrict

We (four of us) were there for dinner around 5 pm on a Saturday. Initially, it was just us two guys (one farang looking and myself also a farang, but not obvious!). Anyways, the reception staff handed me a #. Ok, when u look at the board outside the place, it has a http:// address to track your #. Now, my phone doesn't allow logging into a non https number. This is 2025 and NOT 1995! Staff demeanor: The staff was overtly rude, and u could see their disdain towards us. I enquired about our turn, which was met with offhandish gestures. After 15 mins, my wife (a Thai) met us. At that point, magically a table opened up and we were escorted to our table... really!! On the other hand, the waitress service could be classified as acceptable. We spent 2000baht and left a 10% tip as all 4 of us loved the food. BTW: most of the customers were Thai and the menu lacks full English translations. Food: The food is awesome, and, this place being a chain, I'd definitely visit another branch! Succinctly: the food is awesome, but if u want to eat such food at Seacon, I'd visit salada restaurant that is 2 doors down and has fantastic service! The food tastes fine. I ordered onion soup, but when it arrived, it was cold and not as hot as it should have been, so I deducted a point for that.

Caesar salad is acceptable. The size is enormous. The shop generously provides sliced almonds on the salad.

Main course I went with Lady CNK pork ribs. The size appears to be enormous at first, but this is due to the fact that ribs contain bones inside. When shared between two people, the portion is just right and not as large as it appears. We can finish it with just two people. The vegetables on the side are delicious.

We pay THB 1,9xx for two people, with half of the cost going to the Lady Ribs.

The only disadvantage is the service. The number of waitresses appears to be insufficient. I had to wait a while before someone came to take my order. Some waitresses need to study up on their menu knowledge. I asked a few questions, but she seemed lost and went to find someone to assist her.

Overall, I give the restaurant four out of five stars. I may return on occasion, but it will not be my favorite restaurant to which I will return on a...

Absolutely a joke.

poor poor service. server was extremely rude and was non apologetic about items being out of stock on menu or discontinued. They were unwilling to work with us to accommodate the restaurant short comings. Further more lied to our face saying the corn for the hot american chicken is not available but when i walked in someone was eating it, then when the table next to us asked about it they got the option to wait for it.

We got cheese cake, which was served before all the food. weird. food from other table that ordered after us came before us, and when we received our food from the 1st item to the last item was about 15 mins apart.
