Light Croissanterie — Restaurant in Pak Kret District

I am in love with their Croissant, as it made from their passion and high experiences !

The person in a shop said his croissants take 3 days of the process. The flour comes from Italy. The use fermented techniques in German style and made it like fresh approach.

Overall you will get a crispy croissant with real butter and can feel the complexity of its layer. I really enjoy it.

Almond croissants, Danish pastry and chewy chocolate cookies are a must. The bakery opens 10:00-17:00 but Chocolate croissant was already sold-out by the time we arrived at 14:00–need to be faster next time. ;)
