Bread Season — Restaurant in Pattaya City

DISAPPOINTED The words below were a year ago so decided to go back 21st Dec 2024 and took 10 people. We had the worst service possible two of our friends ordered a Thai omelette for an entree and one hour later never received it and most of us had finished our entree and mains, spoilt the evening. The group that we took last year all said we would never go back here it’s all because of the lack of service, we complained but not taken seriously, it does not take one hour to make a Thai omelette. Sorry you have also lost two locals who are your customers and they recommended your restaurant

ONE YEAR AGO We are from New Zealand and our friends live here in Pattaya and wanted to take us to this place for dinner. Small clean restaurant the menu covers both European food and ThAi 9 of us went and everyone more than happy, very freshly cooked dishes of generous portions. I came here for lunch on 25 May 2022. The restaurant was empty except for one table, where one Thai woman and one blond Caucasian woman sat. The fat blond woman started laughing very loudly when I struggled to open the door, because I tried to slide it open instead of pushing it. She continued laughing very loudly when a little dog from her table ran to mine and started yelping at me and my husband. The Thai woman from the same table got up and handed us the menu. Presumably, these are the owners, since they are sitting together and one of them provided us with service. I found the fat blond really rude. When told she is rude, she didn't apologise, just kept laughing. I am shocked why a dog is running around the restaurant and not restrained when it becomes aggressive towards guests. And why the Thai woman never said anything to her fat blond companion not to harass the guests. This place sucks. Never...

I've eaten here many times and it's always delicious. But today they brought very spicy tomyam, which I told the waiter about. They took the tomyam, simply poured water into it and brought it back. Tomyam has become tasteless. I give 1 star for adding water, although they could have simply replaced Tomyam. Upd: This is a response to your message: Judging by your response, the waiter deceived you. No one offered us a replacement soup. If we had been offered a replacement for the soup, we would have replaced it and would not have written a one star review here.
