10/28/23 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Attentive and professional service by Miss Ying ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Argentinian Rib Eye Steak(300 g). Temp: a perfect medium throughout. Sooooo tender , juicy with the right amount of fatty goodness. Well seasoned and tasted amazing without any sauce(sauce is provided) . Comes with fresh salad, sauté of fresh mushrooms and salsa .

Dessert: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Warm Brownie w/Chocolate Lava sauce and Vanilla ice cream. A heavenly ending to the meal.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Argento “Melbec “ from Mendoza Argentina Bold , Rich , taste of blackberries , cherries , oak and spicy after taste. Medium mature flavors.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2 dozen Fin de Clare Oysters Served: Mignonette Sauce , Thai Tabasco , fried shallots and fried garlic Splash of lemon and the above condiments was the perfect start to the meal. Refreshing and delicious.

⭐️⭐️ 100% Japanese Tajima burger (160 gram, but added an extra 40 grams (200 g total). Dang it was still small. The bun towered over the burger. Ordered “Medium”, but it was cooked “well done.” Tasted like a meatball. Texture, was bouncy dry with no buttery umami flavors. When handling a meat of this caliber, it should be cooked to perfection. Very disappointed .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dessert: Trio : flourless chocolate cake: warm , rich and soft and decadent. crème brûlée: light creamy custard with the perfect amount of burnt sugar . vanilla profiteroles : cream puff with vanilla ice cream. Crisp , chilled , mixed with seasoned fruits .

Cafe Blu: A Delightful Feast for the Senses

Cafe Blu is the kind of place that effortlessly blends cozy ambiance with unforgettable flavors. On our recent visit, we sampled their fillet slider burgers, and the Mediterranean chicken wrap, and each dish left us thoroughly impressed.

The slider burgers were a true crowd-pleaser. Juicy, well-seasoned patties were tucked into soft, buttery buns and topped with crisp lettuce, melted cheese, and a house sauce. Despite their compact size, they packed a punch of flavor, making them an instant favorite at the table.

For a lighter option, the Mediterranean chicken wrap was an excellent choice. The wrap was generously filled with tender grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a zesty pesto sauce that tied everything together beautifully. The balance of flavors and textures made it refreshing yet satisfying—a perfect dish for those looking for something wholesome and flavorful.

One of the very very few Western restaurants in Pattaya we sampled in the last 6 months that stays true with the flavor of Western food instead of adjusting the taste to Thai flavor which cause it to lose its authenticity of Western food. I am highly disappointed at people going to a restaurant to eat their style of food and expects the restaurant to tone the flavor to what they are accustomed to, then why go to sample different country's cuisines? All ethnic food should taste like their respective country/region. Try it, if you don't like it then that country's food is not for you. This restaurant's Truffle Mushroom soup is very good with bits of black Truffle in the soup and not the el cheapo one with just a few sprinkles Truffle oil and pretends to be Truffle soup. Other than the soup being a little on the salty side, it is perfect. All the rest of the Western dishes we ate there and took home were true Western flavored without being modified to suit local palate. The prices are outrageously reasonable for the atmosphere and excellent service. It gives the feeling of fine dining without the hefty price tag. Just wished there are more selection...
