10/28/23 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Attentive and professional service by Miss Ying ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Argentinian Rib Eye Steak(300 g). Temp: a perfect medium throughout. Sooooo tender , juicy with the right amount of fatty goodness. Well seasoned and tasted amazing without any sauce(sauce is provided) . Comes with fresh salad, sauté of fresh mushrooms and salsa . Dessert: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Warm Brownie w/Chocolate Lava sauce and Vanilla ice cream. A heavenly ending to the meal. Another Wonderful experience. Check in with guard and park in the garage. Level two ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Argento “Melbec “ from Mendoza Argentina Bold , Rich , taste of blackberries , cherries , oak and spicy after taste. Medium mature flavors. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2 dozen Fin de Clare Oysters Served: Mignonette Sauce , Thai Tabasco , fried shallots and fried garlic Splash of lemon and the above condiments was the perfect start to the meal. Refreshing and delicious. ⭐️⭐️ 100% Japanese Tajima burger (160 gram, but added an extra 40 grams (200 g total). Dang it was still small. The bun towered over the burger. Ordered “Medium”, but it was cooked “well done.” Tasted like a meatball. Texture, was bouncy dry with no buttery umami flavors. When handling a meat of this caliber, it should be cooked to perfection. Very disappointed . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dessert: Trio : flourless chocolate cake: warm , rich and soft and decadent. crème brûlée: light creamy custard with the perfect amount of burnt sugar . vanilla profiteroles : cream puff with vanilla ice cream. A delightful and hidden gem of a restaurant in Pattaya for Western food and definitely not-to-be-missed. Don’t let it harder-to-find, situated-above-a-car-park, located-on-2nd floor-of-a-condo (Acadia Beach Resort) and by-the-pool-location fool you, this is a serious restaurant. And when I learned that the owner of this restaurant is the same mastermind behind the high-end and established French restaurant Café des Amis near by, I am not surprise. For the food here is delicious, tasteful, and beautifully presented. And the topper? This is 1/4 the price of similar food find in the high-end French dining in his other restaurant. Yes, the feeling of this restaurant is less classic, more modern and youthful, but it goes beautifully with the casual by-the-pool-café that this restaurant is situated. A dish typically costs around 300-400THB (~USD8-11), which is a bargain given the sophistication, quantity, and taste. I’ll definitely be going back every time I am in Pattaya if they keep up this level of deliciousness.

Cafe Blu lives up to its name indeed in terms of food. We were a party of 7 and ordered way more than we could handle. The portions were huge and we had to take some home. Let's start with the soups. Onion and clam chowder were flavourful but too salty. The Parma ham Baratta salad was a great start. The 320g Wagyu beef steak was just perfect, juicy and delicious. The lamb shank just melted in our mouths, it was cooked just right. The huge pork chop cutlet came with lots of baked vegetables on the side was a plus. The juicy double cheese burger was a delight. The spaghetti with meat balls was another winner. The tomato sauce was just perfect. The lasagna was slightly disappointing with dry pasta on the edge. Lastly the blueberry cheesecake was a big winner to complete the meal. The whole dining experience was let down by the aircon which failed to cool us down. Our seats were drenched by our sweat. Hopefully you will have better luck than us on your visit next time.

Have dined at Blu’s Cafe des Amis a couple of times over the year’s and is always a great experience especially for a special occasion so when on my current trip, my friend told me he had opened Cafe Blu, I had to try it. I would describe this as a classy poolside restaurant, with decor only of the standard Blu demands as well as food dishes, wines & gins again as good as CDA however more affordable. The staff were amazing, especially Mark the manager, he has been with the company some years now and I know why, so professional yet very friendly as all Thai’s are even escorting us to our taxi on departure. The food dishes we had were delightful and full of flavour, and I would say as just as good as CDA. We will definitely return and recommend to others.

Tucked away in an obscure off the beaten path location in Pattaya . A little struggle to locate down a few alleys to a complex of condos Smallish restaurant but done with some class . Food was very good. I had a Cesar salad which was a little odd with tomatoes and boiled eggs. They really skimped on the dressing which is generally the star of the Cesar. I had a wagyu lasagna. Very rich red sauce. A little overpowering of the wagyu. A nice meal. Service suffered with a larger party of 10. Will return with a smaller group and try again.

This restaurant has become my favorite restaurant Atmosphere is always great and they often change the menu.They have a pretty international menu influenced by Indian Greek Mexican and of course Thai dishes. Drinks are always great...if you like Gin Tonic try the lanna gin very smooth in Taste Desserts are wonderful too and only take them if you are very hungry because they are always very filling... Great staff and service...
