Great location on Jomtien beach with great sea view. Went here the other night and quite liked the bar which is great inside. Friendly staff with chillout music which isn't too loud. Wonderful sea breeze, but has covered area for when it rains. Has a good menu with mainly Thai food with a few farrang dishes thrown in. All beers were 80 baht with hieneken at 85 bahts for small bottles. Did not have big bottles but do have the huge beer towers should you feel like partying. Spent an amazing evening at Choke-D! The beachfront restaurant has such a vibrant atmosphere with beautiful light arches and string lights creating the perfect nighttime ambiance. The progressive music selection was absolutely fantastic, setting just the right mood while enjoying delicious food. Unfortunately, I have found the worst restaurant at Jomtien Beach. Ordered Beef Steak 450baht and got a pork steak where there was 70% fat and tendons and that it was partly raw, the salad and tomatoes tasted old refrigerator. French fries were half fried. I addressed and showed the owner about this and I did not want to pay full price but he just got angry and not at all accommodating, even threatened to call the police.
