I had breakfast this morning in this Jomtien Beach popular restaurant. Arrived at 10 AM, I have ordered an American breakfast. After 10 minutes, a waitress has brought me my coffee and my orange juice. After 35 minutes a waiter has brought me the eggs, the bread etc... Of course the coffee was cold. The 2 last times I had a meal in this restaurant, they have served me chicken with cashew nuts..... without cashew nuts... One time I had a pizza at the pizza corner. It was not tasty. Many times before I had meals in this restaurant located in the condominium where I am co-owner. The dishes were huge and tasty, the staff was friendly. Now this has completely changed since the first owner has left this business : indifference is the usual behavior. It is really a pity because there is a sea view, a terrace with a bar where you can enjoy the sea breeze, an inside classy room with tables with napkins, tableclothes and a bar, a pizza corner, and a refrigerated display of...
Read moreVery good atmosphere right across from Jomtien beach.
They have been open for over a decade and definitely have a good amount of returning customers (me included, the first time I went here was over 4 years ago).
I'm giving them 3 stars because the last time I went there the staff (who seemed to be new) were quite unimpressive forgetting orders and taking long time to get out food to us (they definitely forgot the food laying around because it was cold when it arrived) I had to give the coffee back and get it again because it was cold, they charged me twice for it on the bill which again I had to complain about. The pizza seemed to be made with cheaper ingredients (super thin crust and kinda hard) less ingredients on top too.
That said, in all other past occasions their pizza was really good! I really hope this was just a one time bad experience! Definitely go check them out, if you also have a bad experience then I suppose they have gone past they...
Read moreKind staff, and huge choice of tasty dishes, thai, western… I would recommend the pad thai and paneng kung for instance. We used to go to this place almost once a week and were never disappointed by the food. We stopped going to this restaurant because lately they started to play music and as often in Thailand, the music is way too loud. There is no way to hold a conversation. We loved the food and the kind staff, but sorry, a restaurant should be a quiet place where you can enjoy your meal peacefully, while chatting with your friends. When we go to the restaurant, we don’t expect to dine in a noisy night club. Synthesis: tasty food, kind staff, noisy place. Noise canceling headset...
