Moom Aroi Na Kluea — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Moom Aroi Pattaya is hands down one of the best seafood spots in Pattaya. It’s the perfect place to indulge in ultra-fresh seafood right by the sea, where you can select from a variety of dishes on their extensive menu or even choose your seafood fresh from their display—always a special experience for seafood lovers! While Moom Aroi’s wine list is somewhat limited, they do offer a decent range of drinks to pair with the meal. That said, if you’re mainly coming for seafood, the lack of an extensive wine list won’t take away from the experience.

Spectacular seaside view on the terrace but you need transport accommodation. A local recommended this restaurant to me: I arrived quite late after the Kaan show at 10:30 PM and found the place nearly empty (see photo). I came here by motorbike taxi, but getting back to central Pattaya after the meal was quite an endeavor. There were no taxis waiting outside at this hour, so it was quite a walk of a couple of miles in the direction of Central Pattaya before I was able to find a motorbike taxi. Service was quite friendly and attentive, with some suggestions on the freshest seafood. I order steamed fish and a scallop entree. The meal itself was fresh and okay but without being extraordinary in preparation. Given this restaurant came recommended by a local maybe my expectations were too highly elevated. If you want to have a table at the seaside, you'll definitely have to make a reservation given this restaurant is quite packed at peak hours and especially for sunset. I wouldn't recommend driving especially to this place from Central Pattaya only for the dishes. It's especially the wide seaside scenery which makes this place so special, while the dining experience itself is only slightly...

The Mum Aroi seafood at pattaya beach has very nice view which gives you refreshing feeling and they serve the dishes very fast. The fried cabbage looks simple but it tastes great. The fried fish in my photo is so yumm that we all love it. Both of these dishes are given 5* which is recommended by the restaurant. Even though we ordered other dishes, I could take photos of these two. Would like to recommend to try their top rated dishes and I am sure that they would not let you down. Also you can get many fresh seafood out there like crab, prawns, etc. The price are reasonable for the seafood restaurant. There are even some Burmese waiters and you can order in burmese if you are from Myanmar. And they sell some thai desserts there that waitresses come and ask at your table that would you like to try. They are not foc so if you don't like it, don't try it. You will be charged. Coffee is also served at there. Most highlight one here is the restroom. There is AC and the clean atmosphere makes you look so comfortable and relax to use the restroom. Surprise to know that they use AC in such a seafood restaurant restroom yet not the shopping centers/hotels....
