Let me tell you about the curry crab I had—it was drowning in a rich, flavorful curry sauce, and the crab meat was so fresh and tender. Every bite was packed with pure bliss. The salt-baked lobster was another level of deliciousness, with its firm and springy texture, and the salt-baking brought out the most incredible aroma that had me hooked. The ink squid might look dark and mysterious, but it was a taste sensation, with a unique texture that was simply amazing. The fried egg pancake seemed like a simple dish, but it was one of those dishes that's so good you can't stop eating it—the outside was crispy while the inside was soft and eggy, with the rich flavor of eggs exploding in your mouth. The seafood green papaya salad was super refreshing, with a tangy, sweet, and spicy flavor that was so appetizing. The combination of the crunchy papaya and the fresh seafood was just perfect. We were lucky got seated right away for a company of 4, but I saw they were quite people waiting outside the restaurant to be seated which mean that they need to wait for table to be freed up. I think in avg a family spend time here more or less 2 hrs since judging from our orders, frist dish came 30 mins later…! And each dish didn’t came in correct order and way way too long apart. Last dish came 1 hr later”Glass noodle shrimp” and we couldn’t finished it, glass noodle was burnt(see for yourself in photo attached) shrimp was obviously overcooked so it’s rubbery! Common, how could you earn 4stars on average?!! Food portion was too little, some plates smell fishy Pricing is on a high side in comparison to the quality of seafood we got and the quantity. While sea breeze is nice at night but this is no place to run a Resturant! You don’t even have a proper seatings. Just a few tables here and there. I don’t recommend this place. This place is a must-try for seafood lovers! Tucked away at the end of a Soi, So Tai Seafood is a hidden gem that's clearly no secret to the locals, as it was packed when we visited. And for good reason!
We were blown away by the freshness and quality of the crab in every dish we ordered. The Crab Fried Rice was generously loaded with hunks of sweet crab meat, the Crab Fish Cakes were perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection, and the Crab Rolls were bursting with flavor. It's obvious that they use freshly caught crab, and they don't skimp on the portions!
Despite being busy, the service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is lively and authentic, giving you a real taste of local Thai dining.
