Worst service & worst food I ever experienced in Pattaya City. I have been to Pattaya many times and tasted food at almost every Indian restaurant. And as per my experience, Mumbai Masala or New Mumbai Masala is the worst out of all.They don't know how to treat customers. I have also seen that owner use abusive language when a customer complains that the roti served is hard and not fresh.The owner literally says, You beggar, you don't know how roti tastes; you are eating roti for the first time. Roti was really too hard to eat, and other buffet food was cool cooked for lunch served for dinner. Taste less. Waste of money. I personally never, ever suggest anyone go to this restaurant. Or else you can visit at your own risk and regret...

Very Poor Quality Food- I would suggest to ignore this resturant even if you get to eat at free of cost. Because owners don't have sense to talk with there customers. He use abusive language and high tone. I see me even have fight with one Foreign guy. Mostly all Indian company package includes this resturant in their food package. So, due high amount of company people footfall they make huge food in quantity at in morning & serve same food till night and next day also. That's the reason all food was remains cold & tasteless. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing no interest in assisting guests. Every question or request was met with either apathy or outright hostility. The food was equally disappointing. It was bland and seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. The quality was far below what you’d expect, even from a budget hotel. To top it off, the dining experience is not that great and we had to ask the people to get everything and the service was painfully slow.
