Alright, so these are authentic Chinese noodle bowls. I would like to explain why this is not a good thing from my perspective. First, look at the photos. Do you see the 1 cm thick oil layer on top of every dish? How much would it cost a business to use 200 ml of high quality oil in each noodle bowl? Ergo, the oil cannot be of high quality at those prices. To use this much oil and turn a profit, the oil must necessarily be of very low quality, and unhealthy. I felt disgusted at the amount of oil. The noodles are also too soft for a Western/Thai palate. Dishes have no flavor/taste whatsoever for anyone who has eaten Thai food.
