Samae Beach Bistro&Bar — Restaurant in Pattaya City

We visited yesterday and called ahead to verify that they were still open. While we didn't get through immediately, our hotel eventually was able to reach them before we arrived and they were prepared for us, placing a large table feet away from the waves with a prime view of the sunset.

The staff provided some of the best service I've seen I'm Thailand, taking photos with great care foe optimal views of the sunset.

The food also did not disappoint. Each selection was delicious and presented in a beautiful way. The meal was well paced, with food coming appropriated for island speed... relaxed, designed to enjoy one another's company and the priceless view. The tom kha was one of the best I've had. Everyone came away full. (Shown is the pineapple fried rice).

As vegans, we have really been struggling to find great vegan food that includes some protein like tofu…. Crazy that in the tourist areas of Thailand this is near impossible… finally we came across this little gem on the beach where the owner named Bank, was super friendly and knew exactly we should eat and it was absolutely delicious… we ate there twice. Pax thai with tofu no egg or fish sauce was perfect, hot chilli basil tofu, and mixed stir fry vegetables that included broccoli and cauliflower. We decided to spend a few hours in Samae Beach. There's a lot of beach chairs and umbrellas near the beach and we found a space in this bistro and bar. The staff/servers were very attentive and quick to take our orders.

They have the sweetest mango shake that we have to order several glasses. They have good food too. Their pad thai was good tasting and the red curry has a kick in it and was delicious.

We swam for a little bit and the water was clean and warm. There's several showers you can use...
