01/03/2023 Another lesson from the coffee master

I Just arrived back with an array of Organic , Robusta and Arabic beans from Asia(indo, N.Thai)

He unsealed the coffee bags and started his evaluation: Dark, Medium , Oily , washed , air dried etc etc . I was amazed by his knowledge and expertise. We mixed and experimented with different techniques: expresso, Americano , long black, machined, v60 etc etc . The outcome of each preparation were mind blowing. We agreed that a certain percentage of the above beans makes a solid coffee.

Coffee: Chang Rai ( Dark roast ) strong , slight smoky roast. Delicious and Consistent throughout. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Myanmar (Mid/Dark roast). Good, if you like the a bit sour. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2

A very small cafe with a good choice of coffee. But the cafe was not too comfortable. The air conditioning was not sufficient for a hot day. There was so much drilling in the store next door. But we can’t blame them as it’s not...

Cute little shop, good coffee, tasty. The hot drip was fantastic. It can be seen that the owner enjoys coffee. It was just a pity that there were no desserts. When you come to Pattaya, you must stop at this shop....
