Extremely horrible service! I booked a hotel more than a month and half. But no room available when I get there. I emailed them early in the morning but no reply no call and they have my phone number but upon arrival they got my message. Lair! Upon arrival the lies that after they got my message they have tried to call me at 6am but can't contact because my phone turned off. I never turned my phone off and no miss call. 4.The walk in price is cheaper than book with agent. I booked through the agent website. When staff told me that no booking and he try to prove me wrong that I really have no booking. And keep me waiting at the middle of the night. And again he lies to me that he is clearing the room for me. So I walked to the counter again he is looking for the documents to prove wrong that I really have no booking. Staff no skill of problem solving. Since he knows no room available he should find me the room in another hotel but I have to advised him. No responsibility and ripoff the price! The room found so he asked me to pay the amount of booking. But the another hotel is a lot cheaper than my booking and no pool for adults. I told the night's staff I would like to talk with a megnager in the morning and discuss the problem, no reply nothing, because I wanted to know if I can use the pool overthere and that's all because I'm OK with the new another hotel but not the pool. Read moreI'm staying for two nights to reschedule my plans in Thailand. Noticed so many things right from the get-go that I'd have to make a detailed list:
---------------- + update Manager reacted very fast to everything I mentioned, so I even hadn't expected such a fast reaction. The team tried to solve problems with WiFi and also brought a cup of camomile tea. Offered to change room or give money back for the second night plus 20% discount in case if stay gets extended. I hope with such a good management team the hotel will improve very much in the future!
Honest Pros: good seaview from the rooftop 5th floor (restaurant) very good choice of music list in the restaurant, feels modern and classy very delicious pizza (most delicious pizza I had in Thai for such a long time) has swimming pool on the roof with good view as well....

We fully acknowledge that check-out time is 12 noon. However, after returning slightly late (around 12:20 PM) from windsurfing, we politely requested a late check-out until 1 PM just to have a quick shower before leaving. Our request was immediately rejected, though we eventually negotiated until 12:45 PM without any extra charge.
However, we encountered further issues. We were told the room keys needed to be revalidated, but even after doing so, the keys still didn’t work. This forced us to go down to the reception again, wasting another 5 minutes just to gain access to our room.
We took a very quick shower and returned the room key at exactly 12:48 PM—barely three minutes past the agreed time. To our surprise, the staff insisted on charging us a THB 100 late check-out fee. We were willing to pay, but the staff’s attitude was extremely unpleasant and dismissive. When we asked for an official receipt for the charge, she refused to provide one and instead scribbled “deducted THB 100” on a piece of paper.
We also informed her that the air-conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly—but she simply ignored our comment and didn’t even acknowledge it.
