Fahana Italian (Halal) — Restaurant in Phatthanakan Subdistrict

We came here because the food is nice. But unfortunately the waitress does not give enough attention to the customers. We ordered 3 dishes. Only 2 dishes were served within a reasonable time. We were left waiting for the pizza for almost 30 - 45 mins.

I just wish the waitress were more alert on the dishes we ordered . Informed us in advance if the pizza will take longer time than usual. Not letting us waited in hunger. Compensated us with some appetizers while waiting.

Unfortunately, we didn't receive any apologies. We had to walk to the counter to ask for the pizza. Apparently, the cause of the delay is because they didn't have enough ingredients and the stove was not functioning well. She knows this, but she didn't tell us about the great delay. Leaving us in hunger.

Since we couldn't wait any longer, we had to take away. She came to us handing us a box of pizza, smiling and say thank you instead. No guilts and apologises. As though nothing wrong had happened.

The Farhana Italian restaurent is one of the best places I've been to. I came across the place by chance and I can say that I was lucky to find it. The restaurent is situated in a perfect place where you have plenty of spaces to park both for cars and motorcycles. Once you get it you will have two options either the ground floor or the 1st floor so you don't have to worry if you have a big family because there is plenty of space and big table available to accomodate your. There will be some waitresses waiting inside to show you to the available table then you will be handed some menus so you can order your food. The menu is quite rich in different cuisines starting from Thai, italian or vitnamese . I personally ordered what you can see from the attached pics and I was not disappointed. The food was really authentic and the service was quite fast. I would definitely go back...

I order pizza and steak , the pizza with full salty and too much oily too much butter on the top and eat steak it was very hard to eat no perfect cooked , the prize was I was eating in 5star Restaurent it’s not even 1star , I don’t understand what people eat at there they review so well , I went there because of review then I said why let’s go there try pizza and steak it just waste of money honestly even I left there half of pizza on plate there , I think it’s right place to eat Italian menu the prizes are in skies in menu anyways if the food is good i appreciate nothing was good it was too noisy there peoples come to eat there they laugh so lousy and talk too loudly , it was an accident because of review once you checked in check the prices in menu before you...
