Food was fine, but they have some of the worst customer service I have seen in a while. It was a really frustrating and disappointing experience. Possibly, they just made some mistakes and they tried to hide it. It didn't work. We were the only ones in the restaurant when we ordered 3 simple dishes to go. About 10 minutes later, a group came in. Another 20 minutes passed and the group was almost finished with their meals. We were still waiting. Even though we asked a few times, they kept saying it's almost ready, but otherwise they completely ignored us. Take a look at the picture, no way that should take over 30 minutes to finish to prepare, especially on a slow day. If you mess up an order, simply be honest and tell the customer. Don't alienate them by trying to act like there's nothing wrong. We complained when we finally got our food, but they really didn't seem to care about our situation. Sad... The variety of ingredients available for the hotpot was impressive, with fresh, quality produce and a selection of meats that satisfied every palate. A cute and relaxed family-run restaurant with good prices. They offer two types of buffets: shabu and grilled. I tried the shabu, and it was worth it. Although the taste is average, you can choose from different soup bases like miso, clear, and shabu. Besides the shabu, they have a variety of side dishes, such as sushi, fried chicken, and more.
