The hotel is well located on Pradipat, a major street in Bangkok. The Skytrain is easily accessible (800 m) and many buses pass the door. It is also very easy to get to the weekend market at Chatuchak from the hotel - less than 2 km of easy walking, or 5 to 10 minutes in a taxi. The staff that we met were all pleasant and friendly, and enough of them spoke enough English to make life quite easy. The buffet breakfast was also good. While our room was large, with a good bathroom and a comfortable bed, we did not like it very much. It was long and thin, and the only window looked out onto a corridor.
