อากงคาเฟ่ — Restaurant in Phetchaburi Province

From a legendary bicycle repair shop in Phetchaburi, it has become a loft-style coffee shop. The interior of the shop is decorated with tools that Agong used to repair bicycles. Some parts of the bicycle were also modified to be used as decorations in the shop. Agong means grandfather or grandmother in this case it refers to the grandfather of the owner who is now 94 years old. Agong is a coffee lover. Every morning, he will drink coffee with toast. This is the origin of the shop's signature menu, "Agong", which is a coffee flavor that the real owner really likes. The taste of the coffee is sweet and creamy in the style of traditional coffee. The coffee is OK and the cakes also quite acceptable. I like their logo, a coffee cup with wheels being pulled along like a cart. From bicycle repair shop to unique cafeteria in the old town of Phetchaburi.

A newly open (April 2021) of family run cafeteria called ‘Ar-Kong cafe’ near Koh Temple. The old building is used to be bicycle repair shop and home of Thai-Chinese family.

Interior of cafeteria is modern designed and decorated with family legacy (which is bicycles). Owners are friendly, you can enjoy conversations about Phetchaburi province and coffee topic with owners.

Cafe is good, the house blend taste nutty & chocolate . Special coffee menu is Ar-Kong’s (Grand pa) favorite which is creamy-sweetness milk coffee.
