Izakaya Mori House — Restaurant in Phra Khanong Nuea Subdistrict

The service and food here is good and the prices are better than some other places, but this restaurant must work on its hygiene standards especially when the chef is completely visible to customers.

The chef was handling everything with his bare hands, and this alone isn't always necessarily dirty as his hands can be clean, but my suspicions were confirmed when after he made food I saw him leaning and using his phone directly on the cutting board. (Photos attached) That is undisputedly unsanitary and quite uncomfortable to see as a customer.

There was also hair in my food (attached) which usually I wouldn't include in a review, I know mistakes can happen, but after seeing the other stuff, there's just a clear disregard for hygiene here or at least not enough attention paid to it, please improve this. Unless you're properly sanitizing your phone and arm after each contamination, it's not clean enough for you to be handling raw fish without gloves or some form...
