Delivery Experience: I chose Grab's priority delivery option, which estimated delivery in under 45 minutes. Unfortunately, my order took over 90 minutes to arrive, which is unacceptable for a 3.5 km distance.
It's unclear why chain restaurants like this one often have long preparation times. Greater transparency from the restaurant, such as an update on a significant delay, would improve the customer experience.
Service Concerns: In today's competitive food market, this level of service is a disadvantage. S&P used to be a top brand, but my recent experience suggests they may now be relying on brand recognition rather than quality service or fresh food.
