The Black Crab Floating Restaurant — Restaurant in Phuket Province

One of my favourite restaurants on the water. Between Phuket island and Coconut island. The food is so fresh the staff is very friendly and the soroundings speak for themselves. You can bring you own fishing gear with you or you can ask the staff for one. Very good afternoon trip but don't leave before sunset because that is a highlight too. The floating restaurants are worth a stop. You take a 2-3min longtail boat from the pier and can have lunch or dinner directly in the water.

The prawns and fish, we had was really amazing and also the owner is really friendly.

Minus point because the rice we ordered never arrived and also the place is not really clean.

Definitely recommend a stop at the floating restaurants for fish or seafood, and I think, there is not really a difference...

Great place to eat! Sea showed us all the fresh seafood that was available and then talked us through the menu. His recommendations of sizes/quantities were spot on and the food was delicious. I only wish more people were there to add to the atmosphere. So do yourself a favor and get lunch or dinner there! Ped was also very kind helping us once we left....
