Banana Ketchup — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

This is my first time trying Caribbean in Thailand. And it was fantastic. The food was set lunch and I chose fry sandwiches from Guadeloupe, Bokit. And my father chose pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon with the homemade sauce with special chilies selected by Chef Ox. Every Set Lunch will add drink, dessert, and free sour bread with different dipping and pickles. Everything is hommade. As a chef, I also enjoyed listening to the history of the food that chef Ox explained to me friendly. We also chose the appetizer of fried shrimp fritters with pumpkins and special ingredients cooked with Guadeloupe style-you can not miss this one as the way it looks, very char but so crispy and smoky while the filling inside with shrimp is perfectly fit. This is a real cooking technique.

The food is so fresh because if you can see his organic garden on the side.The atmosphere is very artistic and comfortable with colors. The open-air is suitable for air circulation during Covid time. The restaurant of very clean with the air flow from the mountains. This is remarkable food and service even during non peak time we can find good company from the team and it was wonderful afternoon to visit Huahin.We will come back again after Chef Ox said this space can be exhibit art or event. Our new favorite hang out, my daughter chose a cookie PACKED with chocolate and peanut butter. I went for the tuna pie which was also a really generous portion, I haven't stopped thinking about it since; the taste, quality and freshness is unequalled anywhere that I've been before. Oh - and if you are a scone lover - the blueberry scone is like something from an English tea-shop; fluffy inside with a crunch to the outside. It's not just the food that we loved either, the music (whatever it was) was really nice and added to the contrastingly pleasant mix of upbeat and chilled vibe. It passed the 5 year old / family outing test as we chilled for 45 minutes, but it's also the kind of place to sit for hours with the laptop and get some work done when...

The menu is a little different from the last time we visited in December 2022. The food is super delicious and there are many yummy drinks! We had cream pumpkin pasta, chicken jerk with rice beans potato and sandwiches between the two of us. We also had a cocktail, 2 fruits frappe, and a Oreo smoothie as a dessert. The coffee is very tasty as well. Definitely a place to go to for a delicious experience when we visit Hua Hin.
