Today, I’m trying the famous Hainanese chicken rice from Singapore! A little disappointed that the original chicken was sold out, so I went for the premium steamed chicken. For my personal taste, the chicken was a bit on the dry side. However, if you're someone who prefers firmer chicken that's not too oily, you'll probably love it.

The real showstopper for me was the chicken liver with sesame oil! It was incredibly tender and almost melted in my mouth. The sesame oil aroma was fantastic, and most importantly, it had absolutely no funky aftertaste. This is a must-order if you visit! Overall, it was a great and worthwhile meal.
