WATCH OUT FOR OVER CHARGING

This is the third or fourth time I’ve visited, before it was always a pleasant experience, we always just picked the basic buffet option. Today we first order the basic 399 Buffet, then after looking at the menu, which seems like it has been reduced, we asked to upgrade to the 499 Buffet which has beef. We were given a new QR code, ordered. Finished what we thought was just a few min over time and we paid the bill and left. We then thought over why it was so expensive, checked our receipt and they had charged us for the 699 menu and for an overstay. We went back to ask why the charges were so over and they said they pressed the wrong button by accident but we had already eaten so it was our fault! As if we were supposed to know what is on each menu! We also asked about the over stay charge and they said that the time on the register is different to the clock on the wall. I tried this restaurant just out of curiosity. It is very popular among people and queues are quite common at the weekends. When it's busy the service could be quite unattentive. Customers grill their food, which consists mainly from meat (pork, beef, fish) and some seafood. The quality of food is quite good. However the flavor was a big disappointment for me.
