Please be very cautious of this place, the girls have a habit of adding extra drinks to your tab. Most of them are extremely pushy and constantly asking you for lady drinks, even after you’ve said no a number of times. They don’t seem to take no for an answer, they get offered and try to belittle you by calling you names in Thai, they think you don’t understand, Here’s a bit of advice for the staff at the bar! First find out if a customer understands thai or not. Not all customers want girls with bad breath harassing them for drinks. Customers just went to be left alone to enjoy their evening with friends. Unfortunately for one of my friend who was clearly already a little drunk before we came to this bar, was forced to drink shots and buy lady drinks for the rest of the evening, the girls at the bar racked up a 9,000baht bill. My friend only had one drink and couple of shots. When it came to paying the bill one of the girls reached into his pocket and pulled out his wallet and helped herself to the money. He had 14,000bhat in his wallet before we went in to this bar and he left with 2000baht. Not only the lady drink scam happens but money was also stolen. I’ve lived in Thailand for many years and this kind of scams used to only happen in very high footfall touristy places like Pattaya or Bangkok, didn’t think it happens in Rawai. My advice to anyone reading this is avoid this bar and insist in not having bar tabs...

Avoid Bank Bar in Rawai – Terrible Management Ruins the Experience

I don’t normally leave reviews, but after my recent visit to Bank Bar in Rawai, I feel compelled to warn others. The location itself has potential, but it’s completely overshadowed by one major problem – the manager.

To put it bluntly, she is rude, unprofessional, and shockingly incompetent. From the moment we arrived, her attitude was cold and dismissive. She acted like doing her job was an inconvenience and made no effort to make guests feel welcome. A simple smile or polite tone would go a long way, but apparently that's too much to ask.

She clearly lacks basic customer service skills and seems entirely disinterested in actually managing the place. Questions were met with eye rolls or one-word answers, and when we politely pointed out a mistake with our order, she got defensive and borderline aggressive. It was awkward and uncomfortable for everyone involved.

There are plenty of better bars in the area where staff actually care about the customer experience. Bank Bar could be one of them if they got rid of this toxic management and hired someone who knows how to treat people with basic decency.

Until then, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time...

I was there late 2022. Very hyped bar. If you are 20 to 30 years old, the girls will come to you and be nice to you. If you are 50+ you will be disappointed. Most girls will not even see you. When I arrived no girls looked at me. I sat at a table and a fat girl came to ask what I will drink. After I got the beer, I watched the girls. There were 2 younger guys sitting a table nearby. There were 5 girls sitting with them. One of the guys left and 2 girls stayed with the one guy still at the table. There was a table near me with 4 girls sitting at it. Not one of the girls came to sit and talk with me. Then a younger guy walked in - 3 girls went over to him. After sitting alone for about half hour and nobody came to sit with me, I just left the bar very disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...
