Awful experience. The owner started smoking inside despite clear no-smoking signs. When I politely informed the server, she rudely ignored me—twice—and turned her back. The area was fully enclosed due to rain, so we were left breathing in smoke.
The owner then went to the kitchen. After the food was served, we asked again about the smoking, and the server called the chef. He came out yelling, “What do you want me to do? The guy already stopped smoking!” At that point, we started to feel a very strange and uncomfortable vibe from the staff.
I asked to take the food to go and pay the bill, but instead, they refused payment, took the pizza away from in front of us, and said, “I won’t give my delicious food to unhappy guests.” I explained this is not how customers should be treated, and then the man asked what our nationality was. When I asked why, he replied that he wanted to “understand our attitude.” That comment felt completely inappropriate and even discriminatory.
As we were leaving, the chef made a bizarre remark, saying we were probably just unhappy because of the rain. Overall, it was a very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.
After reading more reviews on this page, I noticed a pattern..anyone who leaves negative feedback receives impolite, sarcastic responses from the restaurant. This clearly shows they can’t handle criticism, don’t take responsibility, and instead choose to be rude rather than apologizing or improving.

For our anniversary we came here (on a budget, given length of our travels); wanted to guarantee nice food and not risk going to an upper class looking restaurant which often vary in reviews/quality, whilst charging high prices. So Luka was a nice Middle-ground.
We ate bruschetta - for reference we often eat bruschetta across Europe - this was the best we have had anywhere which says a lot because we’ve eaten to many great bruschettas.
We also had a prosciutto pizza - 10/10, authentic, tasty. We got pesto on the side which was also very nice.
Cocktails; 2x strawberry mojitos. - look at the picture below, super fresh. If you like fresh cocktails that are not full of sugar and syrup, these will make you happy.
Rum and coke for other cocktail; they are generous with their servings too, so worth the price.
This place had very few spare tables - and it’s easy to see why....
Read moreAwesome place near phuket airport, I had the diavolo pizza. The crust had the perfect chew, it was slightly charred for that brick oven taste and the cheese was strectchy/melty and the spicy pepperoni was perfectly crisp. It was insanely good I almost ordered one to go. IF YOU FIND YOURSELF NEAR PHUKET AIRPORT YOU MUST STOP HERE!!!! It was literally the best pizza I've had in my life and I've been to New York. Price was 550 baht which is less than 18 usd. Definitely worth it. The place is small but quaint and there are fans by the tables you ban turn on and off. Service and atmosphere were great and place was clean. I might take a trip to phuket just to...
