OSHINEI Sakon Nakhon — Restaurant in Sakon Nakhon Province

Good quality sushi cuts but had to ask (beg) for wasabi so many times. Actually kind of a pricy at b999++/pax for buffet (limited to 2 hour seating) at Sakon Nakhon. But ok since I don’t have to travel to Bkk for a sushi fix. Better if they had some other basic stuff like Agedashi Tofu, maki sushi, kappa maki, inari sushi, etc. The YumThai is a nice local touch. Premium items like uni is missing. The cut for wagyu beef sashimi is too thick which doesn’t make the wagyu melt in your mouth (or maybe it wasn’t a good cut); the cut for wagyu sushi is thin and good. Maybe hot green tea should be available on a complimentary basis. The robot server is certainly a thrill for kids. Maybe should provide sheltered car park. Had to park in the open under the hot sunshine. Online ordering system is good but English language is limited on the menu. Picture and ordered item didn’t quite match eg picture showed like 3 pcs of (say) Nama Kaki Ponsu so I placed one order and later received one single piece of Nama Kaki Ponsu [need to place 3 orders to get the item like in the picture]. Maybe this was explained in the Thai language but not in English. The Sashimi Mori seemed to have been prepared ahead of time as the edges on the salmon seemed to have dried out. เคยกินร้านนี้ที่หลายจังหวัดมาก ทุกที่ทุกสาขาทำได้มีมาตรฐานดีเท่าๆกันเลยครับ

บรรยากาศ - บรรยากาศคล้ายๆร้านบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารญี่ปุ่นโลโก้กลมๆแดงๆ แต่โอชิเนะจะเน้นโทนบรรยากาศเป็นสีขาวฟ้าน้ำเงินมากหน่อย(ตามสไตล์โลโก้ร้าน) มีบริการทั้งแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์และ a la carte ซึ่งลูกค้าส่วนมากก็คงเลือกบุฟเฟ่ต์แล้วสั่งปลาดิบมารัวๆ(เป็นกันแทบทุกโต๊ะ) พนักงานดูแลทั่วถึงทุกโต๊ะทั้งร้าน และมีการให้บริการสั่งอาหารแบบเมนูออนไลน์ผ่านมือถือหรือเรียกพนักงานมาสั่งก็ได้ครับ

ราคา - ถ้าให้เลือกตามความคุ้ม(เพราะคงไม่ได้กินทุกวัน) ก็คงต้องเลือกแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์เต็มสตรีมหัวละ 999 เอาแบบจัดเต็มสั่งได้ทุกอย่างที่มียกเว้นแอลกอฮอล์ แถมมีไอติมฟรี(ไอติมอร่อยมาก) ราคานี้น่าจะคุ้มกว่าสั่ง a la carte หรือสั่งแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์ในราคารองลงมา(ไหนๆกินทั้งทีก็ต้องเอาให้สุดจริงมะ)

รสชาติ - มาตรฐานดี มีการตกแต่งจัดจานสวยงามเสริฟเร็วได้อาหารครบทุกอย่างที่สั่ง กินแล้วก็อยากกินอีกเกือบทุกอย่างอันไหนอร่อยมากหน่อยก็สั่งมารัวๆ ปลาดิบปลาสดมากนุ่มละมุนลิ้น เนื้อย่างก็คือดีงามละลายในปาก หอยนางรมชุ่มฉ่ำมากฮะ

โดยรวมคือดีกว่าร้านที่เคยไปกินมาหลายๆร้านครับ พนักงานกระตือรือร้นเก็บจานชามเคลียร์จานเปล่าแบบไม่ให้โต๊ะรกเกะกะ ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นสิ่งที่หลายๆร้านที่ผมเคยไปกินมาไม่ค่อยทำ...
