Came here for breakfast with my wife and was pleasantly surprised! Good breakfast items, hearty meals and delicious coffee. I have to try their dinner one of these days FOOD Awesome good that really fills you up. They took tips from their highly rated Kamala location and are super delicious. ATMOSPHERE Plenty of space for parties and big groups. It's a newly renovated space so everything is clean. Also a decent date spot. SERVICE Really fast and friendly service! Highly recommend!

First time at this location. Used to go to their old location at Boat Avenue. This new place is actually more convenient for parking and less traffic. Great place to stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner when going out to town if you are living around Cherngtalay area. Had breakfast today which was egg white omelet with spinach and feta, and I asked for extra bacon and a piece of pancake on the side. Everything came as ordered and tasted great.

This is the best place and the best staff ever!!!!! Everyone is so sweet!! The food is amazing! With me being vegan AND picky it’s very hard to find food I’m actually able to eat… They’ve been accommodating all my needs with no problem. & I appreciate Lynn sooo much! He’s the best waitress! Be sure you tip him, he works really hard♥️ I’m so grateful for this restaurant.

Went to Ann’s Kitchen when it was in Boat Avenue and never had a bad meal. Called in on our way back from Phuket Town and we were not disappointed. Ann’s chicken curry was excellent, the pork shoulder was thoroughly enjoyed by my wife. The kids enjoyed their burgers and fish & chips. To top it all off, the price was great.
