There is an employee making coffee here who’s rude and lied to me to my face. Her name is May. When I requested they turned the Aircon down (I was alone and it was like 21C inside. I was wearing long pants and a sweater) First she said she can only turn it on and off so since it was only me and it was not hot at all outside I asked her to please cut it for a while then she changed her version and said that she couldn’t, when she chose not to. Her colleague then, went in the room where the Aircon control is and CLEARLY made it hotter proving she was lying. Also I asked if I could go in the private room where the temperature was reasonable and she said no (which I’d understand) because someone booked it at 9. I was there right in front of that room until 11 and NO ONE went into that private room. May intentionally spoiled my Sunday morning with her rude attitude and her lies and that’s not the level of service one expects at a place like Starbucks. This’s 1st branch that they can really remember my name with sincere smile. 😃 Especially “Kiki” , who can remember customers name and smile everytime when he take an order. 😇 Very professional and friendly staffs team here. I’m so impressive and very enjoy this starbucks even I live abit far but I really love to keep coming here for work.

Avoid eye contact and ignore the customers at the counter.
When finally their attention is drawn they act condescending. Asked for the Managers number to give feedback and was ignored.
What a shame.
Recommended to avoid this store till there is an attitude adjustment or better still a change of personnel to people better suited to the service industry.
