The entrance is not wheelchair-friendly, and staff offered little help. One staff member opened the automatic door, while others just watched.No help was given when leaving. Although staff may have limited roles, this clearly shows a real lack of care and attention in service.

Our group of about 10 visited for dinner on 2nd Jan 2024. Quite disappointed with the quality of food. I had chicken katsudon and the taste of the chicken don't taste good, the dorsal tract on the prawn in the chawanmushi is not removed, they also missed out on 1 don which was ordered together at the start of our dinner.
