Visited at about 10am on 13 November 2023 in group of 4 persons. Service was bad. Waiters just ignored customers. Order taking was disorganized and painfully slow. Half boiled eggs were served cold. How could they got this basic item so wrong? Really shameful ! Toast came without kaya with only two miserably small pieces of cold butter. Porridge was nothing to shout about, very small portion and with taste not better than any roadside stall or traditional coffee shop. It taste just average but priced more expensive than other restaurants. Pa Thong Ko (deep fried dough sticks) money collected by did not served and when asked for refund, we were showed faces. Shop located right at a major road and was noisy, dusty and and hot. Its location could pose a traffic hazard too, as traffic around the restaurant were heavy and fast moving. Overall a very very bad experience. Avoid this overpriced and over rated place. Basically they demonstrated that they do not want your business. So, why not let us visit other restaurants who wanted our business and are always ready to make us feel welcomed? For me and our group we certainly would boycott...

Like the clean and neat look of the place. The tables and chairs are clean and good condition. There were lots of people in the coffeeshop but could still find seats. I chose a spot beside the road and it was nice, quiet and can see all the buzzing adjacent to the coffeeshop. Lucky for me, the weather was cooling as it was just before mid day and cloudy.
Staff was polite and attentive, as expected of the Thais. I ordered the Pork Congee with egg, You Tiao and a cup of coffee.
I was really impressed with the congee 😁. It came well prepared and the temperature was just right (not like some places where it was too hot). The you tiao went well with the congee. Special mention that there’s lots of pork meat in the congee. I could t finish the you tiao so had it packed.
I also had the pork dumpling, steamed pork bun and another packet of congee tie-away for the family resting at our accommodations. I’m sure they will enjoy the meal.
Will definitely come here for breakfast or brunch again. Recommended for anyone around the area to visit this place. The must try...
Read moreHad their congee for brunch twice in a row, probably going for one more bowl before leaving hatyai. Congee was probably one of the better one i had, simple and delicious, pepper and especially the ginger used complemented the congee perfectly. Egg was too raw to my liking but you can always request for them to be cooked. Nothing to complain with the service since i was always there after the peak hours. I would say there are room for improvement regarding hygiene since i had a pretty high standard in this aspect but if you arent really bothered with the fine details you will be fine.
Btw the steam siew mai, kaya toast and kopi are nice too, ask the staff to reduce sweetness for the last 2 items since thais usually have a heavier taste...
